Online courses are everywhere, but customers leave with basic knowledge and a certificate - but no real-world experience. Internships seem great, but the balancing act between school, a social life, and a job is just a cruel unfulfilling experience for most 18-25-year-olds, who almost always burn out (we did).

How IOI Academy Works
You get hands-on experience from day one. Through a combination of class room style sessions (in person & online), one-on-one sessions with our team and account experience, IOI students are set up for success to jump right in. Most likely, with the IOI team.
Students are expected to be on site at the IOI office for five sessions per week. Our on site sessions are half day with both morning and afternoon options available. 9-12 and 1-4.
While we live in a digital world, hands on communication, sharing and connectivity has proven most successful for our staffers. For this reason, IOI requires students to spend time with our team on site.
Monday - Friday
9:00AM - 9:30AM - One on One Strategy Session with IOI Leadership
9:30AM - 10:00AM -Tooling education and digital specific training in disciplines such as email, CMS, social, paid media.
10:00AM - 11:00AM - Online Learning Session (E.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot, Approved YouTube Videos)
11:00AM - 12:00PM - IOI Account Work & Digital Execution
We offer three immersion style programs in a 3, 6 or 12 periods. Tuition is as follows:

We have 4 spots available for the morning session and 2 spots available in the afternoon session for the Fall Program.
Program starts August 16th and it ends February 14th or July 18th depending on your term length.

Yes, we created the Step It Up Program. This mentorship style program gives current marketing professionals consultative services from the IOI Team.
This program is sold in three month blocks and makes the IOI Team available for strategic planning sessions, tactical advice, Q&A and shared learning.
This program is perfect for small businesses that want tackle marketing alone, have a new graduate and or entry-level professional handling their marketing and or new marketing professionals that want some advice from a seasoned team.
The price is $2500 per month.
You receive: 4 one hour sessions per month with our team, 1 ninja project-where our team assists on tactical execution and 1 get out jail free card where we offer last minute or urgent needs where you face pressure and stress from a marketing deliverable.
