Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategic integration of our client's brand content and marketing initiatives across all digital and occasionally traditional channels) This position will play a major role in enhancing our client’s brand presence within the social space, as well as driving website traffic and management of digital marketing strategies and integrated campaigns. These campaigns will promote our client’s brand, engage their consumers, and drive sales when applicable across business channels.

The Account Manager will work collaboratively with both our clients and internal partners to deliver, measure and optimize content, marketing campaigns and best-in-class solutions across all digital platforms, including social media, web, SMS, and email. This role will lead and implement digital marketing strategies for assigned clients. 

Our AMs are the primary interface with our sports-specific accounts, helping drive overall strategy, while developing campaigns and managing projects across the entire digital ecosystem.  Proven experience managing digital campaigns is a requirement of the role, as the AM leads in creating channel strategies, helps in executing campaigns, assigns tasks and charts the progress of the support staff while measuring and reporting back to the clients regularly on the results.  A successful person in this role will deliver flawless client service, achieve great results for the client, and maintain exceptional relationships with key decision makers.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 3 days a week are required on site in our Daytona Beach, FL office
  • Experience managing social platforms, from content ideation to execution, to reporting and analysis
  • Availability outside of traditional 9-5  working hours. Occasional nights & weekends are required.
  • Experience developing, managing, overseeing the execution, and optimizing campaigns across all digital marketing channels (web, content, paid, email, search, social)
  • Hands-on familiarity with Google Analytics, and other digital marketing monitoring technologies and tools, with an ability to track, measure, and analyze results tied back to client KPIs
  • Drive innovation for digital platforms to grow our audience and increase consumer engagement 
  • Plan and execute programs across all digital marketing platforms, including SEO/SEM, website content, email, SMS, and social media
  • Measure and report performance of social content and all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate regularly with internal team to assess current web analytics for data points and insights to improve our digital marketing efforts and build effective multi-channel marketing campaigns

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying audience needs and devising a social experience that engages, informs and motivates
  • Proven success leading and managing content planning, social media, SEO/SEM, website management, email and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong data analysis skills to extract insight from reporting tools, with a willingness to be innovative, and test new ideas and programs
  • Experience in optimizing digital touchpoints and user funnels
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results through collaboration and build consensus among stakeholders throughout the organization 
  • Strong writing skills and an ability to effectively communicate digital marketing strategies
  • Adaptability and the ability to see the ‘audience’ perspective, are essential

Skills: 

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of    

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Solid knowledge of social platform algorithms to optimize organic content and paid media
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Knowledgable with CRM software (ie HubSpot) 
  • Solid knowledge of email marketing software and best practices (ie MailChimp) 

 

Work Hours                                                      

Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm, however, additional hours will be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays.
