Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation for various clients. This role leads in creating channel strategies, leveraging best practices, executing campaigns and the measurement and reporting of results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience – agency, brand or equivalent
  • Experience developing, managing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across all digital marketing channels (email, search, display)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, FB Ad Manager, MKTG Automation Programs, and Email Marketing Tools, Marketing Intelligence Platforms, and Analytics tools
  • Experience implementing SEO best practices, performing keyword research and competitive analysis, working with a Web developer to improve site rankings for targeted keywords
  • Hands on familiarity with Google Analytics, and other digital marketing monitoring technologies and tools, with an ability to track, measure, and analyze results tied back to KPIs
  • Direct knowledge of audience targeting, list building, and optimized campaign segmentation and personalization
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, passionate about data analysis, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency experience a plus
  • Live within a commutable distance to Sarasota, FL
  • Google Ads & Analytics, HubSpot and other marketing certifications a plus
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience not required, but preferred*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
