Erin comes to IOI with a strong sports background. After graduating from Northwestern University with a communications degree and two national championship rings, and a short stint in marketing for companies like Viacom and IMG, she wasn't quite ready to put down the stick. She went on to spend six years as a division I women's lacrosse coach in South Carolina, where she loved the off-field coaching and mentorship just as much as the on-field game. Now back in marketing, Erin aims to utilize her coaching and leadership skills as an account manager for IOI. When away from her desk, you can often find Erin enjoying a cold bevvy with her husband on their back porch, as they watch the chaos of two toddlers and a dog ensue.
